Chapter 5 - Frozen

Iceman struggles to his feet. The heat is getting to him. He doesn't know what happened to Wolverine, but he's sure that Wolverine can take care of himself.

Iceman hears a sound behind him, and he instantly turns, firing everything he has. El Diablo Blanco's entire body freezes over with ice, unable to move. He falls backwards, landing in the sand, stopping him dead for a little while at least.

Iceman takes a deep breath and continues making his way to the top.


Chapter 6 - Famine


Dead Girl returns from the desert and the killing of Wolverine. Her powers exhausted, she stumbles from near heat exhaustion. A figure moves from out of the shadows.

Dead Girl reaches out and touches them, almost instinctively. Her hands both touch the figure. Harrison strikes her hard. Dead Girl flies backwards, but then Harrison falls backwards, collapsing to the ground.

Dead Girl stares as she leans against the wall.
