I was sitting playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on my 360 when I got the call from Jimmy that WfWA was going to be having an unscheduled press conference and that the site needed me to attend the conference and get the scoop. So I paused my game,
cause I was on a roll, grabbed my crap and headed for the meat mobile. For those who don’t know, I deliver meet during the day as well, hence why I call my 98 Chevy Astro the meat mobile, it never fails me.
At nine pm I sat waiting in the conference room of the WfWA head office in down town St Luis, the door to the left of the room swung open and many were surprised to see Chance Wolfington Sr. dressed in his usual attire of an expensive pinstripe navy suit light blue shirt and navy tie. Chance hadn’t been seen in the WfWA office since Victor Mandrake sold his shares and walked away. Why he’d suddenly be holding a press conference was wondered by many, but we had to wonder no more as he took to the podium.
The small gathering quieted as he began to speak.
They took me away from my 360 for this? At least I’d be back to her soon enough.
The complete silence in the roof told me instantly that I was not the only person in the room surprised by this.
Well clearly Senior means business right out of the gate.
Man way to dis your own boy, the kid finally gets a break in North America, and his dad screws him over sending him back to Japan. What a shame.
Finally the Alliance is going to be bringing in some fresh talent, it already sounds promising.
I’m glad I was asked to attend, maybe not so much that I had to take myself away from my 360 to come down here, clearly they could have done this through a web conference, but no matter. Many have felt Wolfington should have taken the reigns of the Alliance long ago, now that he has let see him back up what he promises, lets see if he has what everyone thinks he did years ago to get the Alliance back on track.
