The GDW Civil War Match is the first step on the road to Wrestlecade. This contest is composed of three battle royals occurring all at the same time in three separate rings. Once there is a winner from each battle royal the three face off in a triangle match with elimination rules. There are no breaks between the battle royal stage and the triangle match stage. So if you need to catch your breath you'll need to win your battle royal early. In the triangle match stage elimination occurs only by pin or submission. The winner earns a chance to wrestle for the world heavyweight title at Wrestlecade.
